About The Position

Supervises personnel assigned to areas of responsibility, schedules meal and rest breaks. Ensures that tasks are performed to Hotel standards. Responsible for overseeing daily cleanliness and the upkeep is performed by team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all work done by Public Space Attendants and house persons is done to standards
  • Makes sure all Public Space team members work is done in the scheduled time
  • Checks all Public Space areas
  • Keeps in contact with housekeeping office for updates on events happening
  • Checks housekeepers closets for adequate supplies for the day (Pro Host system)
  • Checks Public Space closets at the end of the shift to ensure that they are clean
  • Reports to executive housekeeper or assistant any maintenance issues in the public area or work area
  • Assists in other duties as requested
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and casino policies and
