About The Position

Boulder City Hospital is seeking a dependable and motivated Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff throughout the hospital campus. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection prevention, and workplace safety procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and professionalism required

Nice To Haves

Previous Environmental Services or housekeeping experience preferred
Supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily Environmental Services operations and staff
Ensure hospital cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
Conduct routine inspections of patient rooms, offices, common areas, and facility spaces
Train, mentor, and evaluate Environmental Services team members
Develop staff schedules and assign daily tasks
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Respond promptly to department and facility-related environmental concerns
Maintain compliance with hospital safety procedures, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
