About The Position
Cleans all buildings of Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in an efficient method.
Requirements
- Must be courteous to all staff members
- Must communicate building maintenance and floor care maintenance needs
- Must complete daily documentation accurately (i.e. duty list, sign in sheets, overtime validation, etc)
- Must attend monthly departmental meetings, training classes and mandatory in-services
Responsibilities
- Departmental standards for timely response to rooms have been met
- Rooms and restrooms are kept clean
- Cleanliness of classrooms has been met
- Courteous to all staff members
- Overall cleanliness of the College has been met
- Communication of building maintenance and floor care maintenance needed has been communicated
- Daily documentation has been completed accurately (i.e. duty list, sign in sheets, overtime validation, etc)
- Employee has attended monthly departmental meetings, training classes and mandatory in-services
