Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment—whether it’s in cleaning, management, or another field.
  • Self-starter who’s passionate about delivering excellent service and helping others grow.
  • Ability to motivate individuals and teams, solve problems, and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Comfortable with using computers, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Top-notch communication skills, whether it's writing up a schedule, having a one-on-one chat, or coaching a team.
  • Natural planner who knows how to juggle multiple tasks with ease and keep everything running smoothly.

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate’s degree
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar operational environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide our fantastic cleaning team, making sure the hospital environment is sparkling clean, orderly, and inviting for all who enter.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work schedules to ensure that we’re always on top of the cleaning needs of our hospital.
  • Supervise and motivate the cleaning crew, providing support and guidance to help them do their best work.
  • Work closely with our System Training Coordinator to hire, train, and keep top-notch team members who love what they do.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to help your team grow and succeed—because when they shine, you shine!
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to help create and implement policies that keep our department running smoothly.
  • Be the go-to person for finding solutions and troubleshooting any issues that come up, all while keeping the workplace upbeat and positive.
