About The Position
A.G. Rhodes is seeking individuals for an Environmental Services position on a PRN (as needed) basis at their Atlanta or Cobb Community. This role is for a non-profit organization that has been recognized for its quality care. The position requires a minimum of two shifts per month, with weekend availability being a plus. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years experience in Housekeeping, Laundry and/or Floor Tech
- 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to flex between various Environmental Services roles
- Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed
