About The Position

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, has an opening for an Environmental Services Manager within our Environmental Services Department. Under the direction of the Director of Safety Operations, the Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the general cleanliness of the facility. This person is also responsible for the overseeing of the laundry and linen processing throughout the facility. This person should possess customer service skills and good communication skills. Participates in researching problem issues and assists in recommendations for improvement. Provides training for other EVS personnel and participates in performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to teach and instruct new employees.

Nice To Haves

• Management or supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the general cleanliness of the facility.
• Oversee laundry and linen processing throughout the facility.
• Participate in researching problem issues and assist in recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training for other EVS personnel.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
