The Environmental Services Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment for all Southbridge Building residents, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs by staff and contracted service providers, auditing and maintaining standards in the laundry and housekeeping department, and taking a lead role in Health & Safety for all staff. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced environment with often competing priorities, requiring the ability to set and meet project timelines and comply with Ministry and regulatory requirements.
