About The Position

Sodexo’s Health Care Division is seeking an evening Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 at St. Joseph Hospital West - Lake Saint Louis, located in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. St. Joseph Hospital-Lake Saint Louis is part of the SSM Health system and is the leading provider of health care services for western St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln Counties. This state-designated Level 3 trauma center has 215 beds. This is a 2nd shift opportunity (approximately 2PM-12AMish), some weekend/holiday required. This manager will report to the General Manager overseeing a staff of approximately 20 frontline housekeepers. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

Experience leading, training and managing a team
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive program
Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Results and safety driven
Proficient with computers and other technology
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
