About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 1 for a healthcare account in Tallahassee, FL. Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a 750 bed Hospital group with a large Main Campus and 24 outlying buildings, approximately 2.5 million square feet. This position will manage a team of housekeepers on the evening shift (approximately 2PM-12AMish) and work rotating weekends and holidays reporting to the Operations Manager. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

Experience leading, training and managing a team
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive program
Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Results and safety driven
Proficient with computers and other technology
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
