Drexel Environmental Services Co-op (Spring/Summer 2027) - Eddystone
About The Position
Constellation is seeking a motivated co-op student to join its Power Environmental Services Team at the Eddystone Generating Station. Constellation Power operates and maintains generating facilities using natural gas, hydro, geothermal, oil, wind, and solar energy. The Environmental Services Team works to ensure the generation fleet complies with local, state, and federal environmental permits and regulations. The role supports environmental data monitoring and reporting, permit and regulation review, program self-assessments, emergency response plan updates, and key environmental projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, natural or physical sciences, chemistry, or environmental science.
- Familiarity with environmental core principles and programs such as water quality, air quality, and waste management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
Nice To Haves
- Rising junior or senior standing is preferred.
