About The Position
Vermeer Corporation is seeking an Environmental Services Cleaning Technician who enjoys cleaning, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in quality work. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, break rooms, and shared office spaces, as well as managing waste and cleaning supplies. The technician may work independently or as part of a small cleaning group. This is an onsite position on a Vermeer campus, with no travel expected. The work shift is second shift.
Requirements
- Understand the safe use, storage, and transportation of cleaning products.
- Be able to respond to changing priorities to meet customer demands.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Be able to work independently or in small cleaning groups.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors within the assigned area.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and shared office spaces.
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins.
- Restock and order cleaning supplies within the assigned area.
