About The Position

This is a part-time night position with rotation as needed, including weekends and holidays. An off-shift program is available after 6 months of employment for new employees, offering a night program differential for off-shift hours worked. Participants in the program must commit to working their budgeted shifts in 12-hour or 8-hour blocks. Any additional day shifts will be paid without the night program differential. PTO requests must be approved in advance and will not receive the differential. Business unit leaders determine the number of program participants based on needs. To be eligible for the program, employees must be in a regular full-time or part-time status, work in a department requiring 24-hour on-site coverage, have completed their orientation period and have at least six months of experience, and have a performance rating of Solid/Strong/Good with no corrective action in the last six months. New employees can enter the program at the time of hire. Resigning or being removed from the program for not meeting guidelines results in a one-year ineligibility for return. Participants not working steady night shifts are not eligible for the additional differential and their participation will be evaluated for removal. There is no impact to medical benefits, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), PTO, or tuition reimbursement as part of this program.
