Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred, but not required
Floor care machine experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the skilled nursing community
Clean resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
Support a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members
Assist with floor care and general housekeeping duties as assigned
Follow cleaning and infection control protocols to uphold community standards
Contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents through quality environmental services
