Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous clinical housekeeping experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Decisive judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

  • Create a sanitary, safe environment and enhance the appearance of the facility.
  • Cleaning patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
  • Stocking paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
  • Maintaining cart and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate area when finished with shift.
