About The Position

Pathways Hospice has an immediate opening for an Environmental Services Aide. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the facility.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High school diploma
Minimum Experience: Two years of work experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

Maintains cleanliness of patient rooms and other areas of facility as assigned by removing trash, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of sink, shower and toilet
Stocks all paper products and patient related supplies
Reports any safety or maintenance issues to Facility Manager
Responds to patient and staff cleaning needs in a timely and respectful manner
Maintains that equipment is in clean and working order
Maintains confidentiality and follows all HIPAA guidelines
Other duties as assigned.
