About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of work experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Reliable work ethic and commitment to quality performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving supplies throughout the workday
Positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs

Nice To Haves

Previous healthcare environment experience preferred
Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Facilities, Warehouse, or Inventory Management experience preferred
Experience working in regulated or quality-focused environments preferred

Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sanitize carts, delivery vehicles, and equipment according to established standards.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, surfaces, and common spaces.
Manage and replenish sterile processing department materials, dry goods, paper products, and facility supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and restock essential materials as needed.
Perform daily housekeeping and facility support duties.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, workstations, storage areas, and shared spaces.
Follow safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols.
Support operational staff by ensuring supplies and materials are readily available.
Identify opportunities for workplace organization and process improvements.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support departmental goals.
