About The Position
Eddy Village Green Cohoes is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead their EVS team and help maintain the exceptional quality of their unique senior living campus. This is a full-time position with a day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The community is a 192-bed skilled nursing facility designed with a neighborhood-style model featuring 16 houses, private resident rooms, and homelike common areas. It also includes the Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center, an enhanced assisted living program supporting residents with memory care needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Environmental Services experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to use a variety of software programs
- Ability to collaborate as part of a leadership team
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Environmental Services team
- Ensure a clean, safe, organized, and homelike environment
- Partner with campus leadership to enhance the resident experience
- Work alongside team members as needed to support daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
