About The Position

The Environmental Service Aide performs repetitive cleaning in assigned patient rooms, dismissals, units, X-Ray, Surgery, Recovery, Emergency, offices, and other areas using standard cleaning supplies and disinfectants. The role also includes emptying trash and linen.

The position is located at the Prosper Medical Office Building and works Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Cook Children’s is a Texas-only employer; employees must maintain their primary residence in Texas and any licenses and credentials required for the position throughout employment.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience in a hospital or motel preferred.
• Housekeeping or hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
