Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Scientist to join our environmental site investigation and due diligence team in Southern California at our San Diego or Costa Mesa offices. This role is ideal for an environmental professional who enjoys combining site investigation work with management systems, regulatory compliance, and client-facing communication. You will support projects spanning ASTM-compliant Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Management System (EMS) development and gap analyses, ISO 14001/ISO 45001 audit support, sustainability benchmarking, and EPCRA applicability and reporting (e.g., TRI and Tier II). You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, defensible solutions to national private- and public-sector clients while building consulting and project delivery skills.
