About The Position

LaBella is seeking an Environmental Scientist, Geologist or Engineer to join its team in the Buffalo, NY office. The role supports environmental projects in the northeastern United States through field work, soil and groundwater sampling, drilling supervision, report writing, and support for project managers. The position also involves field monitoring, supervising field activities, tabulating data, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Field sampling experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification with a current annual refresher.
