About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking Environmental Science graduates to join our Reston, Virginia (VA) office. This is an on-site position where you will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to help clients achieve their visions for the future built environment. You will develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our clients’ practices, procedures, and standards. This role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge in areas such as natural resource regulations, water quality regulatory programs, wetlands identification (including botany and soil science), ecology, wildlife biology, water resources, geographic information systems, and environmental science. Some travel may be required, approximately 10%.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant majors including Biology, Environmental Science, or related majors by Summer 2026
