About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking an Environmental Procedures Manual Writer for an active RFP opportunity: Environmental Process and Procedures Manual Development Services to Support NEPA Assignment Application. The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) is seeking consultant support to develop and update environmental processes, procedures, manuals, QA/QC processes, and training for NEPA Assignment. This role involves drafting and organizing content for an environmental procedures manual, including process language, roles, responsibilities, and review steps. The writer will coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to ensure a complete and professional response to the RFP, prepare necessary documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Support for quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness is also required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.
