About The Position

Dabri, Inc. is a California-based consulting firm specializing in program and construction management, engineering support, project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, environmental compliance, and QA/QC oversight. Since 2001, we have supported complex public infrastructure and capital improvement programs across education, healthcare, transportation, aviation, and civic facilities. Our team works collaboratively with public agencies and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in environmental planning, CEQA/NEPA compliance, permitting coordination, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

  • Five(5) years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, Natural Resources, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience preparing or coordinating CEQA and/or NEPA documentation preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

  • Develop project descriptions and evaluate environmental impacts and mitigation measures for operational and CIP projects.
  • Prepare, manage, and review technical studies, environmental documentation, permitting packages, and regulatory compliance materials.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Interpret permits, easements, special use authorizations, archival records, and related regulatory documents.
  • Prepare and process special use authorization requests and permitting packages for activities on SFPUC watershed lands and Raker Act rights-of-way.
  • Prepare and coordinate compliance documentation related to: California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), and Other applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with permit conditions, environmental commitments, and policy directives.
  • Develop and maintain environmental planning, lands management, and permitting records and databases.
  • Coordinate environmental review schedules, planning activities, and agency approvals.
  • Prepare technical reports, analyses, correspondence, and presentations related to environmental planning and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding environmental permitting, compliance, and land management matters.
  • Collaborate with SFPUC staff, City departments, consultants, governmental agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and project consistency with applicable laws and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
