About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the Environmental Monitoring Associate, QC. This is a full-time, contract position with a duration of 3+ months and a possibility to extend. The role is onsite in Bedford, MA. The shift is Sunday - Wednesday, after a 3-month training period of Monday - Friday, working 40 hours per week. As an Environmental Monitoring Associate, QC, you will perform environmental monitoring (EM) tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents. You will incubate and enumerate microbial growth on EM plates, ensuring all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner. Documentation of all tasks will be within LIMS or standard laboratory paper documentation utilizing GDP principles, including entry of information into logbooks as applicable for tasks per SOP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with no experience, associate degree with 2+ years’ experience, or High School Diploma [or Equivalent (GED)] with 4+ years’ experience.
Must maintain aseptic qualifications.

Responsibilities

Perform environmental monitoring (EM) tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents.
