As our Environmental Lead in Saratoga Springs, UT, you'll drive business development, lead complex environmental projects, and serve as a trusted client advisor while mentoring staff and expanding our presence across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Geologic Engineering, or related field
• 12 + years of experience leading environmental investigations and remedial solutions
• Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and regulatory processes (Utah DEQ experience preferred)
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting business development activities, including preparing proposals, developing scopes and budgets, and contributing to winning new work
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop staff, delegate work, and balance team workload while promoting environmental services through training and collaboration.
• Pursue new clients and project opportunities while supporting marketing efforts, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, subconsultants, invoicing, and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and present environmental investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial action plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee field investigations and remediation activities while coordinating with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
