About The Position

This internship provides hands-on experience in environmental consulting. Interns will perform field-based monitoring activities on environmental projects, working outdoors in various conditions. They will also assist with site inspections, sampling, documentation, and preparing field reports. The role involves communication with contractors, technicians, and project staff, and supports assessments, delineations, investigations, remediation system monitoring, and industrial hygiene activities.

Requirements

Must be pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or other degree related to our services
If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of geotechnical field investigation and testing methods
Basic ability to interpret field data and observations
Developing problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to work in both field and office environments
