Requirements
- Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations related to fueling operations and storage systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with inspection documentation systems and standard office software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple fueling locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled environmental inspections at fueling locations and related facilities.
- Verify compliance with applicable environmental regulations, permits, and company policies.
- Inspect fueling systems, storage tanks, spill containment equipment, and associated infrastructure.
- Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions in reports and compliance systems.
- Coordinate with site personnel to resolve environmental compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and supporting documentation.
- Monitor spill prevention and response readiness at fueling facilities.
- Assist with regulatory audits and agency inspections as needed.
- Stay current on environmental regulations and industry best practices.
