Every lunar lander, defense system, and commercial spacecraft that maneuvers in space needs propulsion it can trust. That's what we build at Agile Space Industries and it's growing fast. Headquarters in Durango, Colorado, with operations expanding into Tulsa, Oklahoma, and soon Seattle, Washington, Agile has posted more than 40% year-over-year growth for three years running, with no signs of slowing down. We're looking for bold, hands-on leaders who want to help write the next chapter of space history. This isn't a role where you'll manage from a distance, you'll be in the thick of hardware that's headed to the moon, to orbit, and into some of the most demanding missions flying today. As an integral contributor during our growth stage, you'll be eligible to participate in our stock option plan, sharing directly in the value you help create. All stock grants are subject to executive review and approval under the Company's equity plan. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to build an EHS&S function largely from the ground up. You'll own environmental, health, safety, and physical security programs across engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and test operations working with hazardous materials, industrial processes, and controlled technical information in a facility that must meet CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 requirements. You'll report directly to the COO and have real influence over how the company grows safely.
