The EHS Manager promotes and facilitates a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture, identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risk. This role provides technical advice, coaching, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and coordination of team member training on hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment. You will support EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity-based goals for the functional managers to drive EHS culture and results. Additionally, you will support the execution of corporate sustainability strategies, engaging with key stakeholders on projects including investigating accidents and occupational injuries to determine causes and implement preventive measures. Other duties as assigned.
