The Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager ensures a safe and healthy working environment by identifying risks and unsafe practices, implementing controls to mitigate risk, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft standards and applicable regulations. This role is key in ensuring the safe delivery of core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft, offering career development within the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety Team. This is an on-site role based at one of Microsoft's datacenters. Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is responsible for powering Microsoft's cloud services. The Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager plays a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. CO+I focuses on employee personal and professional development, offering trainings and growth opportunities such as Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion trainings and events, and professional certifications. Microsoft's infrastructure includes a large global portfolio of over 200 datacenters in 32 countries and millions of servers, supported by subject matter experts serving over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.
