Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The program’s duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training. Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a EHS Leader or Specialist at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead projects and development project plans
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations
  • Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided) during or upon completion of the program
