Radiant is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to act as the company's EHS authority, supporting multi-site manufacturing and operations in a lean, fast-moving environment. This role is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and execution of EHS programs and initiatives to protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and scale with the business. The EHS Manager will maintain a strong shop-floor presence and collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities teams to identify hazards, reduce risk, and integrate safety and compliance into daily operations. The position requires a balance of hands-on field engagement, strategic thinking, change management, program ownership, regulatory interface, and continuous improvement leadership.
