The Environmental Coordinator is responsible to ensure there are no environmentally based regulatory violations at the facility. They shall also serve as the technical advisor to tenants relating to all issues concerning generation, treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste, storm water and pollution prevention, asbestos management, lead-based paint management, and sampling and analytical requirements. The Environmental Coordinator must have a working knowledge of all federal, Washington State, and local laws and regulations that pertain to generation, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite. The Environmental Coordinator is expected to contribute practical knowledge and past work experiences to problem solves issues that arise.
