Ceres Environmental Operations seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Associate II to lead company-wide safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Tribal, and client safety requirements. This position serves as a department leader responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs that protect employees, subcontractors, facilities, equipment, and the public. This role provides strategic leadership and guidance to operational teams in regard to safety related programs and processes meant to prevent injuries, fires, or other workplace accidents. Success in this role will be measured through improved safety performance metrics, reduced incidents and injuries, enhanced regulatory compliance, effective safety training programs, and the continued development of a proactive safety culture across all operations.
