About The Position

This role is for an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor focusing on Health and Safety, driven to protect environmental integrity through rigorous compliance, proactive oversight, and hands-on leadership. The position involves partnering with experts to ensure operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and a culture of safety. The individual will collaborate closely with LMS100 Test Bench teams, new-project stakeholders, AAJV partners, field HSE personnel, and state/federal agencies to ensure full environmental compliance. The role requires driving alignment across technical, operational, and regulatory groups, ensuring processes, reports, and corrective actions meet high environmental stewardship standards. The position strengthens coordination with external bodies, supports project-level EHS needs, and reinforces a culture where compliance, safety, and accountability are non-negotiable. This role fuels a passion for environmental protection and regulatory excellence by managing all environmental concerns for the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects. The individual will lead Title V compliance, interpret EPA and TCEQ regulations, and guide teams through reporting, data management, corrective actions, and training. The work directly influences environmental performance, operational readiness, and regulatory trust, enabling the shaping of safer, cleaner, and more compliant project environments. The role is critical in developing site-specific training, supporting audits, and ensuring environmental standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in an environmental discipline
• Have an understanding of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, including RCRA, SPCC, NPDES, and CAA
• Have an understanding of Title V permitting requirements
• Have a general understanding of state-specific environmental regulations relating to storage tanks, storm water, air, and waste
• Have the ability to read and interpret state and federal regulations
• Have the ability to provide general environmental training to employees

• Have Visual Emission Training as an asset
• Have First Aid or First Responder Training as an asset

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing all environmental-related concerns connected to the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects
• Coordinating with AAJV on Title V compliance and reporting
• Managing Title V Air Permit compliance and maintaining knowledge of Texas environmental regulations (TCEQ)
• Managing and assisting with environmental reporting, data recording, and data reporting
• Managing corrective action plans and developing responses to regulatory agencies as needed
• Providing guidance to field HSE and operations personnel on all aspects of environmental compliance
• Developing and providing site-specific environmental training
• Supporting the EHS needs of projects (safety orientation, audits, etc.)
• Coordinating with external bodies to ensure compliance
