About The Position

Club Car is hiring an Environmental, Health and Safety Technician to perform technical duties related to safety, health, and environmental compliance. The EHS Technician II serves as the functional leader for training employees who operate or work near vehicles. The position must be a certified trainer and ensure that employees are properly trained and that complete, current training documentation is maintained. The technician supports EHS programs and compliance across a manufacturing facility, including inspections, training, risk assessments, incident trend analysis, sustainability initiatives, environmental corrective actions, and safety communications. A significant part of the role is implementing and administering the Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) policy: qualifying operators, maintaining inspection and training records, auditing compliance, and observing equipment operation to correct unsafe practices. The role also supports material-handling equipment safety, warehouse stocking standards, and routine EHS recordkeeping. The successful candidate is hands-on and works on the plant floor, leading by example to encourage behavioral change and improve EHS results. The position may require overtime and other duties as assigned. Club Car describes its workplace as diverse and inclusive and is an equal opportunity employer.
