Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2–5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety management programs to ensure compliance and meet objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and determine root causes.
• Track corrective and preventive actions through closure.
• Perform job safety analyses (JSA) and ergonomic assessments.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate environmental inspections and reporting requirements.
• Maintain records related to air emissions, wastewater, hazardous materials, and environmental permits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
