Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager
About The Position
Renold is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager o lead and advance safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives at our Morristown facility. This role is responsible for building a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all environmental, health, and safety programs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of partnering with leadership while actively supporting teams on the production floor. Requirements
- 7+ years of manufacturing safety experience OR Associate degree + 4+ years of safety leadership experience Or an equal combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in: Environmental Health & Safety; Occupational Safety; Engineering preferred but not require
- OSHA 30 Required
- Regulatory reporting and compliance management
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Risk assessment programs
- Process Safety Management (PSM) familiarity
- Microsoft Office and EHS software platforms
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to translate complex regulations into practical procedures
- Training and adult learning program development
- Analytical problem solving and data interpretation
- Candidates must live within commutable distance to Morristown, Tennessee (45 minutes max)
