Requirements
- High school diploma or have 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate
- One year of work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, security or related fields such as military, public safety or criminal justice
- Detail-oriented, proactive and committed to fostering a culture of safety and accountability
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections and assessments to identify risks and compliance gaps
- Develop and implement safety programs and training initiatives for associates
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety and security regulations
- Collaborate with store leadership to investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures
