About The Position
As the Environmental Field Supervisor, you will report to the Sr. Environmental Scientist and lead crews of Environmental Laborers in daily outdoor mitigation projects. You are responsible for overseeing field logistics, heavy equipment operation, supply ordering, and strict safety compliance in rugged conditions while delivering accurate daily progress reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to work & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Current and valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Current MSHA.
Responsibilities
- Supervisor Environmental Laborers and coordinate with Environmental Team and other teams
- Communicate work plans to crew, ensuring that they are prepared and knowledgeable of projects prior to implementation.
- Able to independently identify project needs and coordinate ordering of needed supplies, plant tags, equipment maintenance, and task completions.
- Provided verbal and written reports to Environmental Superintendent on progress (examples: daily report on number of plants collected, areas cleared, etc.)
- Knowledge of project practices, polices, and systems.
- Ensure all company procedures and safety policies are followed.
