This role supports plant personnel in developing, implementing, and sustaining Health, Environmental, Safety, and Security (HES&S) programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and OxyChem requirements. The position provides safety leadership and environmental compliance expertise while supporting daily production and maintenance activities. Over time, proficiency is expected across all HES&S disciplines. Ludington offers a unique blend of professional opportunity and outdoor lifestyle.
