Our next Environmental Controls Technician will report to the Environmental Controls Manager. The Environmental Controls Technician will perform routine and preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting for HVAC and Agricultural Control Systems. Identifies, records, troubleshoots, and reports issues impacting environmental controls. This position will be on-site at our Waterfall, PA facility.

Requirements

Planning, delegation, communication, and time management skills are required.
Excellent attendance is required to support operations.
Must be meticulous, take pride in work performed and work with a sense of urgency.
Some schooling or prior experience in HVAC, electrical, and/or IT preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs daily checks on room conditions including temperature, humidity, co2, lighting and more
Performs Routine and Preventative maintenance service activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Has a working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems
Ability to read line diagrams and construction drawings
Performs assigned work professionally and efficiently
Interfaces with all internal departments on system activities as required.
Ability to utilize computers, computer programs such as excel and ‘front end’ automation access points
Other tasks assigned as needed
