Pasco County Utilities Department is seeking an engaged, customer service-oriented leader to serve as the next Environmental Compliance Manager. This position entails performing highly responsible professional work in planning, managing, and directing all regulatory compliance activities for Pasco County's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility systems. The incumbent serves as the department’s primary technical and managerial authority, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, regional, and local environmental regulations. The role provides oversight of key regulatory programs, including Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP), Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program, and Private Lift Station (PLS) program, and acts as the department’s principal liaison with regulatory agencies. The position provides strategic leadership, supervises teams, manages budgets, and coordinates policy development, enforcement activities, and public outreach initiatives.
