Responsible for the sanitary cleaning of all non-daily/machine/equipment items.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Requires regular attendance.
• Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
• Clean all halls, ceilings, light fixtures, pumps, valves, aging cells and air handling units.
• Cleans drains, cleaning equipment, PPE, chemical containment pallets, windows, and all other areas as assigned.
• Operates electric hand jack.
• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area and master sanitation schedules.
