About The Position

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex environmental, civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join their dynamic legal team in California. Candidates must be California-licensed with strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy, ready to find creative legal solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will be able to independently handle cases, analyze and research complex issues, and have experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Success in this position requires a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
