About The Position

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro as an Environmental Assistant and help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and caregivers. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our facilities through cleaning, waste disposal, and attention to detail. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• No experience required
• Strong dependability, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and use time effectively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and waste disposal services to help keep facilities well maintained.
• Clean patient rooms, patient care areas, and support indirect patient care.
• Follow safety guidelines related to body mechanics, hazardous materials, and personal protective equipment.
