Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, or Industrial Hygiene, or a related field with significant experience in EHS roles.
- Alternatively, a High School degree with extensive experience in regulated environments will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Proven leadership skills in influencing organizational safety practices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in E, H, or S are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion core EHS programs, ensuring they align with both regulations and company standards.
- Provide expert support for internal teams, offering training, facilitating improvements, and investigating incidents.
- Conduct thorough inspections of various operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Contribute actively to EHS Committees and incident response initiatives.
- Assist in navigating audits and inspections from various federal, state, and local agencies.
