This role is for individuals with strong hands-on art skills, technical judgment, and the potential for growth into lead responsibilities. The position involves creating high-quality 3D art, contributing to asset creation, world building, scene assembly, providing feedback, task breakdowns, workflow documentation, quality reviews, and cross-studio collaboration. The ideal candidate is adaptable, possesses a strong art eye and production mindset, and can translate creative direction into actionable work. This is a hands-on production role with opportunities for team support, mentoring, workflow improvement, and leadership growth. Flexible work options (remote, hybrid, or in-office) are available.
