About The Position
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Enviro Service Worker for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. This position involves performing daily cleaning tasks to maintain the clinic in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition. The role requires handling common cleaning chemicals and potentially medical waste, with provided Hepatitis B and TB immunizations. Requirements
- PC experience required
- Will need Hepatitis B and TB immunizations (we provide).
- Will be exposed to common cleaning chemicals.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive company vehicles by McFarland Clinic Auto Insurance Carrier, if job assignment requires driving a company vehicle.
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.

Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, performs daily cleaning as assigned to maintain the Clinic in a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition.
- Duties include vacuum, dust, clean restrooms, sterilize buildings and remove waste paper and possible medical waste in offices, exam rooms and/or waiting areas.
- Able to lift 75 lbs.
