About The Position
In the Surgical Services Department, the Environmental Services Aide is responsible for cleaning, damp-dusting and polishing furnishings; disinfecting patient care and non-patient care areas; removing trash and replacing linens daily; and terminally cleaning the operating rooms every 24 hours on scheduled days. Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.
